Radha is a community force. She launched Daybreaker, an early morning dance movement in 23+ cities around the world. In 2013, Radha co-founded THINX, an underwear company that supports women during menstruation that has grown into a global organization. Radha synthesized her methods for community building, peeling back the curtain on exactly what she’s implemented in her successful organizations so that you can do the same within your organization.

3:20 – 4 PM: Session II – The Power of Inclusion & Diversity, with Benjamin O’Keefe, Host of the web series “MoveOn”, MTV News guest host, and writer for MTV’s Decoded
Benjamin started a powerful global movement against clothing company Abercrombie & Fitch for their company’s size based discrimination, creating a launching pad for body-positive campaigns. Benjamin will explain the importance of companies investing in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives and how to create systemic change by advocating for all.
4:00 – 4:30 PM: Closing Remarks & NYPCMA’s Raffle for Charity
4:30 – 6:00 PM: Networking Reception
