DESCRIPTION:We’re taking a step towards a world free of MS. \nTeam NYPCMA is signed up for Walk MS—a charity walk that is changing the lives of people with MS and helping fuel progress toward a world free of MS. We would love your generous support as we prepare for the NYC walk. \nMultiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable\, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain\, and between the brain and body. MS is different for everyone\, and that makes it all the more challenging to solve. \nOur NYPCMA team began two years ago as a virtual team that hosted the walk via Zoom. Despite the restrictions at the time\, we had 40 members participating (across four states\, three time zones and five boroughs) all walking different routes but doing it together. Our objective then was to have our membership connect in a meaningful way to help others. For this first in person walk\, post pandemic\, our goal remains…to come together and help others. \nOur hospitality and events community is rebuilding and connecting\, so come join us Sunday\, April 24\, 2022 at 9:00am on Pier 76 in NYC!!
