Chapter representatives from both associations will be there to greet you and share the latest updates from their organizations. \nEvent Details: \nDate: Wednesday\, July 8\, 2026\nTime: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM EDT\nLocation: Margaritaville Resort Times Square\, 560 7th Avenue\, New York\, NY 10018 \nRegistration Includes: \n* Limited open bar\n* Specialty cocktails\n* Light bites \nFor Event Planners Only: Margaritaville is offering a site inspection tour starting at 3:30pm. Help us Give Back to Housing Works:   \nWe encourage participants to donate 1–2 clothing items or accessories to Housing Works—a healing community dedicated to providing inclusive care\, fighting for social justice\, and ending homelessness. \nPrior to the NYPCMA Chapter Summer Social: Accessibility Lens Tour: Waldorf Astoria New York – 2:30–3:30 PM \nIn recognition of Disability Pride Month\, NYPCMA members are invited to join us for a special accessibility lens tour of the newly renovated Waldorf Astoria New York before our Chapter Summer Social. \nThis immersive experience is designed for meeting planners to explore accessibility in a live hotel environment — not just as a checklist or theory\, but as part of how guests arrive\, move through\, gather\, communicate\, and experience a space. \nTogether\, we’ll look at the venue through the lens of access\, inclusion\, guest experience\, and event planning\, while also celebrating Disability Pride Month and the reopening of one of New York City’s iconic hotels. \nThe tour will conclude with a celebratory drink toast at Peacock Alley Bar. \nSpace is limited and available on a first-come\, first-served basis.
