Dawn Penfold, a former meeting professional, started Meetingjobs to fill a need for a professional recruitment company serving this industry. As founder and President of Meetingjobs, LLC, she has aided thousands of candidates and hiring officials connect successfully, economically and efficiently to place either full time or temporary positions.

Dawn has served as President and executive board member of the Greater New York Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, She is a past Board Member for the New York Chapter of Professional Convention Management Association. She has published articles on the meetings industry for “Meeting News”, “Meetings and Conventions Magazine”, “Successful Meetings” and “Meetings Manager” offering sound and brutally honest advice in career management and job opportunities in the meetings industry.

She has been recognized in the past by Meeting News as one of the 20 most influential people in the Meetings Industry and by M&C as one of the top keynoters of 2010. Dawn holds a Masters Degree in Tourism and Travel Administration from the New School for Social Research.

Peter J. Bambridge, with a degree in Hospitality Administration, and over 30 years of industry experience, Peter’s work is completely devoted to the hospitality and marketing related needs of Official Partners of Global Sponsorship properties, and in particular the Olympic Games.

Having Hospitality Management experience at 8 Olympic Games, 8 Olympic Winter Games, 3 World Cup Soccer Tournaments, 1 Special Olympics World Games and 2 Commonwealth Games, Peter has worked with Sponsors, Official Broadcasters, Official Supporters/Suppliers and National Olympic Committees on their complex planning, on site delivery, and project wrap up formalities.

Peter has been a regular guest speaker during his career, a Meeting Professionals International Board Member, and a member of the Vancouver 2010 Mission staff at the IOC Session in Prague.
